What Was the Original Boy Morph Event?
Funky Friday morphs gave the original Boy event a clear prize: Boyfriend’s character appearance. The event-exclusive Boy morph had a 1.5 million score objective tied to its boss battle. Earning that transformation gave players a customization goal to pursue through the encounter.
The reward appeared under the name Boy, referring to Boyfriend. It arrived alongside the Final Escape boss battle and an update that also added animations, songs, and backgrounds.
This was the original event’s setup. Its historical requirements explain how the Boy reward worked during that event.

How the Original Boss Score Objective Worked
The event displayed a requirement to earn 1.5 million score for the Boy morph. That objective belonged to the boss encounter; playing unrelated songs was a separate activity.

The original challenge involved repeated battles before the reward was obtained. Reaching the end of an encounter and meeting the displayed score objective were separate things to pay attention to.
For that version of the event, the useful priorities were straightforward:
- Focus on the event boss. Regular song sessions were separate from its score objective.
- Watch for hazardous notes. The encounter included notes that needed to be avoided.
- Follow the reward’s score requirement. Finishing a battle alone was not the same as completing the displayed objective.
Morphs, Animations, and Customization Passes
The Boy reward changed the character’s appearance. Animations were another customization choice, with the same update adding options such as Final Escape and Pac-Man.

Keep those animation names separate from the morph reward when looking through older event information. Final Escape referred to both boss-related content and an animation, while Boy was the morph’s name.
The game also offers passes with different functions:
| Game Pass | Price | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Animation Customization | 399 Robux | Equip multiple animations; adjust animation speed, size, rate, and shake intervals |
| 2x Points | 349 Robux | Permanently double points earned at the end of each song |
The original morph objective used score, while the 2x Points pass doubles end-of-song points. Keep those terms distinct when comparing the event requirement with pass benefits.
For animation customization, choose settings around the movement you want to change: speed, size, rate, or shake intervals. For the Boy reward’s history, the relevant detail remains its event-specific boss score objective.
